Hi, I’m Aimee - an artist, grower, and parent carer living in Icklesham, East Sussex with my wife and two children

A lot of my life is spent close to home and close to nature. Caring responsibilities mean my days are shaped by routine and presence, and growing has become both a creative outlet and a grounding part of that rhythm. My garden and allotment are where I get to slow down, notice things properly, and feel connected to something bigger than the day-to-day demands of life.

What started as a simple love of gardening has gradually deepened into a real interest in permaculture principles, as a way of thinking about care and regeneration both as a practical concept within the garden and as a broader philosophical one.

This work deeply reflects into my artist practise and I use my experiences in growing and outdoor work into my printmaking. I am inspired by produce, food and cooking, uk wildlife and the wider rural landscape.

This space brings all this together - prints, plants, and seeds made and grown slowly, with attention and care, and shaped by a life lived in close connection with nature.
